Epicure’s Asian Steak Salad

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

8 cups (2 L) romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup (250 ml) matchstick carrots

1 tomato, chopped

4 tsp (20 ml) sesame seeds – optional

2 Tbsp (30 ml) prepared Epicure’s Light Teriyaki Sauce

3 Tbsp (45 ml) orange juice

4 servings Epicure’s Asian Steak, thinly sliced

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add Epicure’s Teriyaki Sauce and orange juice. Toss to combine.
  2. Place on a plate and top with Epicure’s Asian Steak. Serve.
