Epicure’s Teriyaki-glazed Chicken Strips

Marinate chicken ahead of time for an easy, flavourful meal. Make and freeze extra for Tuesday, and make extra sauce for Tuesday’s and Saturday’s meals.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes (allow 30 minutes to marinate)
Cook Time: 15–20 minutes

Epicure’s Light Teriyaki Sauce

1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure’s Teriyaki Seasoning

2 tsp (10 ml) brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) light soy sauce

1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) orange juice


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  1. Combine Epicure’s Teriyaki Sauce ingredients in a food-safe plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat Epicure’s Eclipse® Coated Professional Frying Pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
