Epicure’s Made-over Chili

INGREDIENTS

4 servings Epicure's Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Zuppa

1 — 14 oz (398 ml) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 — 14 oz (398 ml) can low-sodium crushed tomatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients in Epicure’s 12-cup Multi-Purpose Pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring to boil, then simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Serve.
