Epicure’s Crisp Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

1/2 cup (125 ml) prepared Epicure’s Ranch Dressing

4 servings Epicure’s Crispy Fajita Chicken

8 cups (2 L) romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cucumber, chopped

1 cup (250 ml) matchstick carrots

  1. Add Epicure’s Ranch Dressing to the bottom of a large mixing bowl.
  2. Top with salad ingredients. Toss and serve.
