Epicure's Pizza with a Macaroni Crust

Mac & cheese meets pizza – a quick comfort food the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
Makes 6 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

2 eggs, beaten

1 recipe prepared Epicure’s Mac & Cheese

1/4 cup (60 ml) prepared Epicure’s Marinara Sauce

1 cup (250 ml) grated low-fat mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup (60 ml) onion, diced

2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure’s Green Bell Pepper

1 cup (250 ml) diced vegetables – any kind

1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure’s Pizza Seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Mix eggs into Epicure's Mac & Cheese and press into a lightly greased Epicure Dip Baker. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and top with remaining ingredients in order listed above. Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until golden-brown and mozzarella is melted.
  4. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
