Epicure's Fish Tacos with Fruit Salsa

Eating fish twice weekly is a great way to get your heart-healthy fats. The blueberries in this recipe are also full of antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

Cook Time: 5 minutes

4 servings Epicure’s Crispy Fish

4 tsp (20 ml) Epicure's Louisiana Hot & Spicy Dip Mix

1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen mango, defrosted

1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen blueberries, defrosted

2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure's Fruit Salsa Mix

1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure's 3 Onion Dip Mix

4 whole-wheat wraps

  1. Season both sides of fish with Epicure’s Louisiana Hot & Spicy Dip Mix.
  2. Reheat fish in an Epicure Eclipse® Coated Professional Frying Pan over medium heat for approximately 1 minute.
  3. Meanwhile, combine mango, blueberries, Epicure's Fruit Salsa Mix and Epicure's 3 Onion Dip Mix in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
  4. Lay each wrap flat. Add fish and top with prepared salsa. Fold each side of wrap over fish and serve.
