Honey Mustard Salmon Fillets

Packed with heart-healthy omega-3 fats!

INGREDIENTS
Makes 6 servings

2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil

¼ cup (60 ml) VE Honey Mustard

2 tsp (10 ml) VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

6 — 6 oz (180 g) salmon fillets

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in a 8” x 8” x 2” (20 x 20 x 5 cm) glass baking dish. Add salmon.
  2. Coat with marinade using VE Locking Silicone Tongs. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Place salmon skin-side down in baking dish.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes. Flip and bake an additional 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
