Blackened Fish Sticks

Beats shake-and-bake — one serving provides 20% of recommended daily vitamin D!

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

1 Tbsp (15 ml) VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

2 tsp (10 ml) VE Cajun Seasoning

1 tsp (5 ml) VE Seafood & Fish Seasoning

1 lb (450 g) white fish fillets, cut into sticks

1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil

Optional – fresh lemon juice
  1. Place first 3 ingredients into a food-safe plastic bag. Add fish in small batches and gently shake to coat.
  2. Heat a VE Chef™ Eclipse® Coated Professional Frying Pan over medium heat. Add oil and pan-fry fish until lightly blackened on both sides and fish begins to flake.
  3. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
