Garden-fresh and made in minutes – what could simpler or more summery?

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

1 recipe prepared VE Ranch Dressing

1 — 12” (30 cm) prepared thin whole-wheat pizza shell

½ cup (125 ml) sliced bell pepper – any kind

½ cup (125 ml) chopped broccoli

½ cup (125 ml) grated or matchstick carrots

½ cup (125 ml) sliced mushrooms

¾ cup (180 ml) grated partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese

¼ cup (60 ml) VE 3 Onion Dip Mix

¼ cup (60 ml) grated parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Spread VE Ranch Dressing on pizza shell.
  3. Add vegetables and top with mozzarella, VE 3 Onion Dip Mix and parmesan.
  4. Bake for approximately 10–15 minutes, or until shell is golden-brown and cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestion Serve with seasonal greens drizzled with prepared VE Ranch Dressing.

Preparation Tip Pre-prepare VE Dressings with low-fat plain yogurt for added calcium. Store in fridge to save time later in the week!
