Satay Steak

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

4 – 3 oz (90 g) flank steaks

3 Tbsp (45 ml) low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp (5 ml) brown sugar

¼ cup (60 ml) 100% orange juice

2 tsp (10 ml) VE Satay Seasoning

2 Tbsp (30 ml) rice wine vinegar

1 tsp (5 ml) VE Minced Garlic

¼ tsp (1.25 ml) VE Ginger
  1. Place all ingredients in a sealed plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill steaks over medium-high heat until desired doneness. Serve immediately.
