Barbecued Tuscan Pizza

This quick, easy, healthy Italian dinner is ready in under 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

12” (30 cm) thin pizza shell

¾ cup (180 ml) prepared VE Marinara Sauce

1 serving cooked Barbecued Tuscan Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced

¾ cup (180 ml) partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Place pizza shell on a VE Perforated Pizza Pan. Top with VE Marinara Sauce, chicken and mozzarella.
  3. Bake until cheese is melted and crust crispy.
