Barbecued Tuscan Chicken Breasts

A spicy summer twist to everyday chicken – ready in just 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

2 tsp (10 ml) VE Barbecue Seasoning

VE Black Pepper, to taste

1 Tbsp (15 ml) VE Tuscan Rub

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat barbecue to medium. Grill chicken approximately 4 minutes per side until golden, or until
    VE Instant-Read Pocket Thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 175° F (80° C).

Serving Suggestion Serve with seasonal greens and Tuscan-roasted Potatoes: season new potatoes with VE Tuscan Rub, drizzle with olive or vegetable oil and barbecue in aluminum foil until crisp.
