Sesame-crusted Fish Fillets

Fish is an excellent source of heart-healthy fats.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings

1 Tbsp (15 ml) 100% orange juice

2 tsp (10 ml) VE Oriental Stir-fry Seasoning

4 – 4 oz (120 g) white fish fillets

VE Black Pepper, coarsely ground, to taste

¾ cup (180 ml) sesame seeds, toasted
  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Whisk juice and VE Oriental Stir-fry Seasoning together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Season fish with VE Black Pepper. Brush both sides with orange juice mixture.
  4. Place sesame seeds on a large plate. Gently press both sides of fish onto seeds to coat.
  5. Place on a VE Parchment-lined baking sheet or in a VE Eclipse® Coated Professional Frying Pan. Broil for approximately 6 minutes each side, or until golden.

Preparation Tip For a deep-sea sensation, try tuna instead of white fish.
