Stir-fried Peppers and Snow Peas |

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings
2 tsp (10 ml) butter, divided
1 tsp (5 ml) VE Minced Garlic
1 red, green or yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 lb (454 g) snow peas, trimmed and washed
¼ cup (60 ml) water
1 tsp (5 ml) VE Chives
1 tsp (5 ml) VE Thai Seasoning |
- Melt half the butter in a VE Eclipse® Coated Professional Frying Pan over medium heat. Add VE Minced Garlic and peppers and cook for 1 minute. Add peas and toss to combine. Add water and cook, covered, for 3 minutes, or until peas are just tender.
- Strain vegetables and return to pan. Add remaining butter, VE Chives and VE Thai Seasoning and toss to combine. Serve warm.
