Epicure’s Slow Cooker Stampede BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 — 3-4 lbs (1.5-2 kg) racks of baby back ribs
- 1 pkg Epicure’s What’s for Dinner? Slow Cooker Stampede BBQ Ribs Recipe Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup (250 ml) ketchup
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
Instructions
1. Cut baby back rib racks into sections of 1–2 ribs. Place in slow cooker insert.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
3. Pour over ribs. Stir to coat.
4. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low setting.
5. Transfer ribs to a serving platter. Pour remaining sauce into a large measuring cup. Skim off excess fat on ribs. Pour sauce overtop and serve.
