Epicure’s Mocha Cheese Ball Brownies
Use our Mini Muffin Pan to bake this incredible treat.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) flour
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Epicure’s Pure Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Epicure’s Baking Powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) brown sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) butter, melted
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Epicure’s Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup (250 ml) prepared Epicure’s Mocha Cheese Ball (uncoated)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
2. Whisk flour, Pure Cocoa, and Baking Powder in a medium bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk remaining ingredients except Mocha Cheese Ball. Mix wet ingredients into dry to combine.
4. Using Epicure’s Mini Portion Scoop, portion batter into Epicure’s Mini Muffin Pan.
5. Dollop about 1 tsp (5 ml) Mocha Cheese Ball into each muffin cup. Using the tip of a knife, swirl into brownie batter as best you can or leave as a nugget.
6. Bake 12–15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before turning out
