Epicure's Balsamic Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (25 ml) Epicure’s Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in Epicure’s Multi-Purpose Pot. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool to room temperature.
