Epicure's Chocolate Syrup
Perfect on sundaes or drizzle over your favourite coffee drink.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Epicure's Pure Cocoa
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) water
Instructions
1. Whisk sugar, Pure Cocoa and water in Epicure’s 8-cup Multi-Purpose Pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes.
2. Cool and store, covered, in refrigerator.
