Epicure's Margherita Pizza
Dish up the colours of the Italian flag with this easy, delicious, traditional Italian pizza!

Ingredients
- 1 — 12” (30 cm) prepared thin pizza crust
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure's Pizza Seasoning, or to taste
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) grated partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese
- 10 oz (300 g) chopped fresh or frozen spinach
- 1 large tomato, cut into thin slices
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure's Margherita Sauce Mix
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
2. Place pizza shell on Epicure's Perforated Pizza Pan or Epicure's parchment-lined Baking Sheet.
3. Brush pizza crust with oil and sprinkle with Pizza Seasoning. Sprinkle with mozzarella, leaving a 1/2” (1 cm) edge. Top with spinach and tomato, and sprinkle with Margherita Sauce Mix.
4. Bake 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and crust is lightly browned.
