Epicure's Tex-Mex Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure’s Salsa Mix, your choice, prepared
  • 1 cup (250 ml) diced canned tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure's Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce recipe, prepared
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh or frozen corn niblets
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon or lime juice

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
