Epicure's Lemon Dilly Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Epicure's Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) white balsamic vinegar
  • Epicure's Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
  • 4 cups (1 L) cooked bite-sized pasta
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sliced celery
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) cubed low-fat cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
